Established in 2004 to meet the growing needs of real estate investors in two popular vacation rental destinations and now BRIC has evolved into one of the premier Real Estate, Property Management and Vacation Rental companies in Playa del Carmen, Mexico and Scottsdale, Arizona.
Equipped with a professional and knowledgeable staff, BRIC works in cooperation with property owners and visiting guests. We offer full service Real Estate Sales and Property Management services as well as complete Vacation Rental services for properties we manage. Because we commit to an exceptional level of service as well as type of product we carefully select certain properties which match our formula for excellence.
We have a full service in-house team including, maids, maintenance personnel, accounting, marketing, reservation hosts, and office administration. All of our team members are more than happy to assist both our owners and guests at anytime. For our Mexico properties, we have bi-lingual office staff fluent in English and Spanish.
